ACT Parks and Conservation Service wishes to advise the public that, weather permitting, three controlled burns will be conducted tomorrow Friday 28 November 2014.
The controlled burns will be undertaken on Mount Painter, Simpson Hill and Cooleman Ridge. The burns won’t impact public access to walking trails however trail use is not recommended. These burns will remove debris and protect houses and valuable assets.
