To All Solar Free Clients
Thank you for been part of the Solar Free journey, while we continue to grow our brand. Your business is very much appreciated and while some of you are still clients of Solar Free, a very few number of our clients have experienced delays and left us due to various reasons (albeit that we have given all deposits back) and I sincerely apologise for this fact. Nevertheless we have over 800 very satisfied clients over 3months that have received a quality German Engineered Solar Solution at a bargain price and not to mention that we have assisted with a secure contract and a very generous PFIT from ACTEWAGL.
We have had many unexpected variables including volatile installers, stock shortages including wharf strikes, foggy weather and not to mention organisations not in our control who form part of the whole Solar Process. I must thank Michael Mosslar from ACTPLA, Jeff Roberts & Melissa Fallace from ACTEWAGL, Leonie Marshall from the Office of Fair Trading and the Federal Regulators Office and in particular Shaun and Raphael for their continued support as it is very much appreciated given that we want to be a strong model for the years to come.
As the Solar Free model moves to consolidate and plan our next campaign, we have wound up our call centre in Melbourne (0261763350, 0261763351 & 0261763358 numbers you will be familiar with) and moved all customer service and sales related enquiries to our Canberra Office in London Circuit. We are yet to complete some residual jobs from our first campaign and I expect that these jobs will be completed by early September and in line with Solar Free’s Terms and Conditions of 6months to install from initial purchase, although it is in the company’s best interest to install the product as soon as it is practical.
I would also like to thank R’Concepts our call centre provider and all the very capable staff for all their diligence and support in our first campaign. I am sure we will be much better brand (as we learn through the process) moving forward and a lot wiser of the processors involved but we will work closely with all authorities to make sure that our brand is a respected.
