Police have issued charges to two more people, including a young teenager, over their alleged roles in a violent home invasion earlier this year in which a man and a woman were repeatedly stabbed.
Originally, police alleged the pair were asleep at their home in Conder on the morning of 4 May 2024 when they were woken by repeated knocking on their front door, then were both stabbed when a group of men forced their way inside.
The ACT Magistrates Court has already heard it alleged that this was a “targeted attack”.
Raven Pauga, an 18-year-old from Shalvey in NSW, and Lytrell Eneliko, an 18-year-old from Marayong in NSW, have been arrested over their alleged roles and remain before the courts. A third person has also been arrested.
Then on Monday (11 November), ACT Policing said a 17-year-old teenager from NSW had been told to appear before the ACT Childrens Court that same morning
He was to face charges of aggravated burglary, joint commission intentionally inflict grievous bodily harm and joint commission assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
On 24 October, a fifth offender, who police allege drove the four males to and from the incident, was also issued a court attendance notice.
He will face charges of aid and abet aggravated burglary and is scheduled to appear before the Magistrates Court on 12 December.
This means a total of five people have been issued charges over the incident.
