It is alleged a man and woman were set upon and repeatedly assaulted and stabbed by a gang of attackers in a terrifying home invasion.

ACT Policing said the woman answered the door of her home in Conder around 8 am on 4 May 2024 before a man allegedly pushed his way inside and stabbed her several times.

This alleged attacker and three other men are then accused of assaulting a male occupant who also lived in the home, stabbing him as well.

It is alleged the four fled the scene a short time after the attack.

When paramedics arrived, they took the two victims to hospital with what police say were “significant injuries”.

After a police investigation, an 18-year-old man was arrested in Arndell Park, a suburb in Western Sydney, on Tuesday (28 May) and extradited to the ACT.
