Two teenage boys have been charged with several offences following an alleged home invasion earlier this week.

It’s alleged the youths – aged 16 and 17 years – entered a Kambah residence on Tuesday (16 January) before pulling out knives and threatening the homeowner.

They’re suspected of stealing an undisclosed amount of drugs, cash and other items.

Later that day, the 17-year-old allegedly made threats to another person over the phone in relation to the Kambah incident.

In a separate incident, Operation TORIC officers executed a search warrant at an Ainslie home on Thursday (18 January) following an investigation into a stolen vehicle from August 2023.

Investigations into this incident are ongoing and charges are expected to be laid at a later date.
