On Friday 8 August, Varsity Derby League will be holding an information night for its August “fresh meat” intake. VDL is a gender-inclusive league and we have a men’s team and mixed team as well as our women’s teams. We also welcome people of any gender who want to become a referee or non-skating official. You don’t need to know how to skate – we will teach you!
After the info night, there will be three free “come and try” intake sessions where you can come skate with VDL. You can come to one or more of these even if you can’t make it this Friday.
We will have some gear available to borrow, and Eight Track Skate Co will also be at the info night to help you out with what gear to buy.
