Escape the heat this weekend and score yourself a free cup of Goodberry’s frozen custard, plus a chance to win a yummy $20,000.

How? The new Zango Truck is cruising the streets of Canberra and will be stationed at Canberra hot spots, events, and open homes or auctions every day from January 29 to March 14.

The Zango Truck is a partnership between Hit 104.7, new property portal Zango, and Goodberry’s creamery at Erindale and Belconnen. The campaign is called Whips & Old School (a play on 104.7’s tagline: Hitz and Old Skool), and celebrates everything Canberra, summer and property in 2020.

Find the truck and you’ll get a free cup of Goodberry’s with your choice of MMs, sprinkles or flake as a topping.

To enter the draw for the $20,000, simply scan the QR code on the cup and enter your details on the website. Ned and Josh will announce the winner live on air between 6 and 9 am on March 16, 2020.

“We’re hitting the streets every day at key locations and big events with free cups of Goodberry’s,” Ned and Josh said.

“All cups have a code on them, and we’ll announce the winner on Monday 16th of March – the Monday after Skyfire.

“People love it! We went to the UC campus today and they were ravenous with how much they needed them. One of our listeners was dead-set keen to come out, then everyone else had the same idea.

“We kick things off in the morning and head out to a location, then pop in here and there during the day. The truck is out in Canberra all day, and we say where to find it each morning between 6 am and 9 am.”

This weekend you’ll find the Zango Truck at:

Saturday February 1

Gungahlin Tennis Courts from 5 pm

Forde Shops from 6 pm

Sunday February 2

Regatta Point from 12 pm and 1:30 pm
