It’s kind of a shame there isn’t an official awards presentation – although for some reason the end of Carrie keeps leaping to mind.

I think Sam would probably identify with Police Inspector Javert than the students or Valjean.

If so there is a bit of a nasty suprise waiting for him in Act II…

Thankyou Johnboy, the line “Samuel’s Blog won Best Australian Blog” was supposed to read “Samuel’s Blog won Best Australian Capital Territory Blog”. That has now been corrected, thanks for pointing it out.

In response to comment 2, that decision was partially made about a week ago, and had nothing to do with awards.

johnboy: yes but Sammy could do a Ted Quinlan on us and stand down… and besides a lil carnage never hurt anyone.

It’s a monumental day for Canberra. Young Sammy has placed us on the geek-map.

To be fair JR, considering the way Sam is straddling these awards like a collossus removing his votes from the pool would wreak considerable carnage.
