So i have a dilemma and want to see if anyone can help
i recieved a parking infrigement on Tuesday, not sure if anyone knows the small carpark on Consitution Avenue opposite the CIT in Reid.
Anyway it is all day free parking, and many people drive up the curb to park because all the usual carparks are full. So on Tuesday I was one of these people, and I recieved a ticket.
However the person behind me and next to me were also these people and neither of them received a ticket, (unless they both walked to their car at lunchtime to take the ticket off their car which i highly doubt).
So I am just wondering why I would have recieved a ticket while no one around me did – why was i singled out??
There are also no signs in the carpark anywhere to suggest no parking or no standing etc..
Would anyone know if I can dispute this? I am not too cluey on road rules.
