This UFO sighting was filmed during night in Canberra, Australia

Looks like the flashing lights on top of the light towers at bruce stadium to me.

Just looks like a moving camera, possibly aimed at one of those flashing light systems on top of peaks, to help the aircraft navigate. i

1:10 clearly shows that the light is stationary and the camera operator has Parkinsons
