$230,000 paving upgrade for Glebe Park

Hope they do a good job like Veterans Park near Northbourne Ave. It is great to use and the upgrade is great. It looks like a real park now, great design of the SAS memorial. People use the park all the time.

They replaced all of the north side like 3 years ago.

If they didn’t dick around with el’cheapo jobs it would be done already!

Whats unsafe about the current paving? I thought glebe was unsafe before its across the road from bega flats and home to odd folk.

It’s not fine, it now looks like a poor cousin of the other city centre parks they’ve updated recently. But I do agree, why keep fiddling with it? Either leave it, or spend a decent amount and really give it some shine.
