Canberra based musicians sign record deal

Canberra based Tribe World Ensemble have signed a long term recording contract with major World/New Age music distributor Brumby Books and Music.

Their upcoming album ‘The Message Stick’ has already excited attention world-wide on the Internet with several major overseas music distributors currently negotiating for distribution rights.

‘The Message Stick’ is a unique album in that it has been produced and recorded over the Internet, using musicians from all over the world who play and record to music pieces created in Canberra and then send their music files back to David for final mixing.

This is the first full music album in the world to be created in this manner.

Producer David Pendragon was awarded Online Producer of the Year 2007 at the International Online Music Awards for some of music tracks that appear on the album.

The album is due for release to stores in late September and will be officially launched in Canberra in the first week of August.

A music video clip will also be released to TV stations [Rage, Video Hits ect] promoting one of the tracks.

Interviews with David Pendragon are available by calling 02 62874541.

I did wonder about that. I believe I have copyright on that sort of snafu. You’ll be hearing from my legal people…

LOL, That release date should read ‘first week of October’, August is now almost a memory…a good one.

Good on you for bumping this back up, nik. I didn’t take in the detail the first time around.

David, I’ll be in touch.
