I notice the new law does not target political groups and their registered members who fund over $1m in property damage every 4 years. Funny that…

Anyone else would be bashed, run-over or shot if they attempted to rob the ACT Government of $1m – well anyone but the ministers and their criminal syndicates

Must be about time the pollies voted them selves another pay rise for being above all law because only they know what is best (which is more money and rights for the select few)

So, how are these new powers any different to what they could do in the past? Or, more correctly, how are the powers different to what they got away with in the past?

Havent they always been able to use undercover officers for some duties, and been able to do surveillance? Or, have they simply been doing it in the past, and now its no longer a hazy legal area?

Interesting this comes along as direct action groups (“Economic Terrorists”) increase in size, activities and popularity in other Western countries.

The new powers seem to be perfect for takling “Revolutionary” groups.

It’s all technically “Organised crime”…………………..
