Screaming Jets Tickets for friday night Now Available online

In an effort to make it easier for all of you Jets fans to get your mits on tickets to the gig The Venue is putting 100 tickets on eBay at the door price.

So spread the word and if they all sell we will put some more up.

Payment will be accepted by PayPal and the owner of the credit card must be present to collect the tickets on the night.

This is obviously not the most mainstream form of selling tickets but it was taking too long to get the merchant accounts etc setup. But now it is done it doesn’t seem like such a bad idea. I would be keen to hear peoples comments on ebay as a form of ticketing and just tickets woes in general.

Though i should clarify that i don’t love her in a creepy stalker way…and there has been lots of publicity for BeXta so I assure you it won’t just be me and the bouncers…that would be strange.

andy Yeah i am aware, we will just have to see what happens. We had the option come up to book her but only on that night. But I love BeXta so even if it is just me and the bouncers on the dance floor it will still b ok :-}

actually.. i AM in town.
You should be aware though, there’s also a large party on out at the rock climbing centre, which is more likely to grab most of the dance/hard dance crew..

I haven’t dealt with Moshtix nor bought tickets from them, i just know about the concept… I’ve bought tickets online from inthemix.com.au and fuzzy.com.au before though, both were hassle-free.

Yes Obviously the fees involved mean eBay isn’t a viable long term arrangement.

BeXta is on at 12am I believe.

Yep Moshtix was one of the ticketing options I was looking at. Any idea how good they are to deal with? Fees etc? Or have you just bought tickets off them before?

i would have no problem buying tickets over ebay. but you’re losing money in commission to both ebay and paypal selling tix this way.

maybe just cut out the middle man so to speak and get people to pay via paypal (with instructions on your website) and they just bring their credit card or the paypal payment confirmation email printed out as proof they purchased the tix?
