Publicis Sapient appoints Mark Williams as new Federal Government lead

Digital business transformation company Publicis Sapient has announced the appointment of Mark Williams as its Federal Government lead in Australia.

Mr Williams will be based in Canberra working with government departments and agencies to support and further their growing focus on digital and citizen experience transformation.

Most recently, he was managing partner and public sector digital consulting lead at DXC Technology. He brings more than 17 years’ experience in the creative, consulting and digital transformation space with a deep understanding of Australia’s public sector.

In his new role at Publicis Sapient, Mr Williams will be responsible for leading and growing the digital strategy and transformation advisory service offerings for Federal Government departments and agencies.

Mr Williams has spent significant time working with Australian Government departments and agencies in his previous roles, gaining deep insight to draw synergies from collaboration with government to design and build citizen-centric services.

He has worked with global digital transformation agencies, consultancies, and system integrators during his career, and has held senior positions at Oakton, VML, Digitas and OgilvyOne Worldwide.
