The CT has this story on John James Hospital being phreaked by hackers last week ,racking up $5000 worth of overseas calls. Luckily Telstra told them to stop making international phone calls, which could be seen as not in the best interests of its share-holders. I doubt if the hackers were even using the 0018 cheaper international rates number, bastards.
