UPDATE 30 January, 2:30 pm: An ACT Policing spokesperson said Ryan had been found safe and well and thanked the community for its assistance.
30 January, 11:48 am: Police are calling for the public’s help to find a missing teenager.
An ACT Policing spokesperson said 14-year-old Ryan Jackson has not seen or heard from since 3 pm yesterday (29 January).
He was last seen in Gowrie, near the Gowrie district playing fields.
“Police and Ryan’s family hold concerns for his welfare and are requesting the public’s assistance to locate him,” the spokesperson said.
Ryan is described as Caucasian in appearance, about 186cm (6’1”) tall, with a slim build, fair complexion and short brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a green hoodie, beige t-shirt, black pants and black shoes.
