ACT Housing Falls

The CT has this story on how the budget does not include the promised $10mil increase to ACT Housing, which will mean a fall in the number of Public Houses available. Lots of politicians saying lots of things but nothing of any real action or note.

666 has certainly been entertaining lately of a morning.

Assuming one can keep a certain dispassionate distance from the events being described.

i heard the minister spinning and prevaricating his way out of this on 666 this am.

he was asked ‘ yes or no minister, does this include the 10 mil you promised prior to the last election’ and he was incapabale of a yes or no, he just spun and spun a party line.

which of course means, No.
