The much awaited Ombudsman’s review into the ACT Watch House was released today.

After much criticism in the media and several ACT police members ending up suspended and facing criminal charges the review doesn’t actually identify many (any?) major deficiencies and few recommendations.

At 138 pages it is a tome but for those who have never seen the inside of the Watch House pages 101 -109 make interesting viewing.

The only freaks I’m afraid are those in the ACT government and legal system. I mean, why else would they have a problem with the press?

I would suggest the fact I am well aware and have had numerous legal opinions telling me the circumstances of my own incarceration were well out of order and absolutely extraordinary, to the point that even my regular doctor is being refused information, should give you a fair idea of the worth of both this report and the Ombudsman’s Office.

Unfortunately, protecting dumb old slags who are completely out of their depth like Ms Gallagher, doesn’t come cheap. They’ve probably spent well into six figures of your taxes so far. If I purchase services from a government body, I expect them to conduct their affairs within the law. The fact CIT is as bent as all get out and has been for years is, I’m afraid, hardly a secret.

Not when it comes to absolute freaks. I have absolutely no patience.

Back to TAFE for you, oh that’s right, you got kicked out! Loser.

I do not want to wade into this debate so I will not, however, comments such as this will totally negate any rational point that you previously stated.

Can you not moot out a point without getting personal ?

Well clearly you should’ve been institutionalised aeons ago.

No not some criminal Ralph. In most cases, someone who is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. But I wouldn’t expect someone of your limited intelligence to grasp the significance of that concept anymore than I would expect the report of a so called “independent” body like the Ombudsman that is already thoroughly politicized, to do any good whatsoever.

So the biggest issue supposedly facing the police is conditions at the watch house? Talking about having all the wrong fcking priorities. So some criminal didn’t get a hot breakfast?

Forgive me but I would’ve thought the most pressing issues would be the following.

1) Need for more police.

2) Increased police powers to deal with the scum wandering the streets.

Excellent. More magazines, less getting OC sprayed in the crotch.
