ACT Policing wants to speak with an unknown jogger who’s believed to have witnessed an alleged act of indecency in Coombs.
Three teenagers were fishing on the Molonglo River at about 1 pm on Monday (22 April) when they noticed a man nearby.
It’s alleged this man committed an indecent act but was disturbed by a passer-by who was jogging in the area.
ACT Policing has appealed directly to the jogger to help them with their investigation and has released a grainy image showing a man in a pink top and dark pants.
