I have a family with:
- Two gluten and lactose intolerant people
- One vegetarian with fibromyalgia and chronically low iron
- One teenage boy
- One adult who is extremely hesitant to step outside of his food comfort-zone
We’d all like to talk to a dietician to get a clearer idea of how to live healthily. Any suggestions?
