Sorry for answering my own question, but I just remembered CanLab in the City used to do their film processing through Bica. I called them. They are looking to have an in-house processing service soon, but in the meantime are sending film interstate.
Try Civic Proframe and Canlab in City Walk. They apparently bought the processing equipment off Bica.
Can’t help, I’m afraid. Does anyone know what happened to the Canberra Times’ photo database that Bica held?
