Has anyone received a parking infringement from the mobile licence plate recognition camera?
We parked in Braddon on a Sunday afternoon in a marked bay next to a construction site. During the week this area is fenced off with witches hats and tape so that no-one parks, but on the weekend these were not there and the street was full of cars. We parked not realising that the construction fencing had a no stopping sign.
Wondering whether I should look at challenging the infringement – thoughts?
