Hi folks
Can anyone enlighten me as to what the responsibilities of body corporates are in relation to pest inspection/control in the ACT. A family member is looking at buying a townhouse and thinks they may need to get their own pest inspection report done on the unit. If this does reveal problems how is responsibility for fixing it shared between the individual unit owner and the body corporate?
