I’ve recently signed a lease agreement for a house but have not taken the keys yet. Due to some unfortunate incident, I have to now back out. So seeking advice on whether it will be considered a “Lease Breakage” and what kind of penalties and formalities I will have to pay.
Any advice would be highly appreciated.
