Bangin Ben Edwards aka ' The Guv ' (born 17 February 1984) is an Australian Super Heavyweight kickboxer and Heavyweight boxer / MMA fighter. He is the K-1 World Grand Prix 2010 in Canberra tournament champion. Edwards won the tournament by three 1st round KO's the fastest win in K-1 history in total time of 3 minutes and 28 seconds breaking the previous record held by Jerome Le Banner of 4 minutes and 4 seconds in K-1 World Grand Prix 2001 in Osaka. He currently fights for Glory World Series promotion and is ranked 7 in the world.

Ben has lived in Canberra since 1988. He is fights out of Bulldog Gym, Elite Physique. Ben started fight training in 2003 with his first trainer the late John Verran and is currently trained by Jamie McCuaig and Stuart McKinnon. Ben has had 49 Kickboxing fights for an 39 wins with an astonishing 88% KO ratio.

Ben is also a professional boxer and MMA fighter with an undefeated record of 6 fights for 5 wins and 1 draw. The draw was for the Australian Heavyweight Boxing Title.

He was also a Canberra Raiders junior representative and played first grade for the Queanbeyan Blues at the age of 17.
