About Michael Mazengarb
I was born and raised in Tuggeranong. This is where my love for the environment began, and I love the mix of city life and natural environment that the Tuggeranong Valley offers.
After finishing school in Wanniassa, I completed a degree in physics and climate science at the Australian National University.
Since then, my work has ranged from researching and reporting on progress at UN Climate Talks to serving on the board of the Environmental Defenders Office.
I now work as a clean energy market analyst, providing advice to the government and the renewable energy industry.
I’m passionate about clean energy, and I’m excited about the opportunities it presents for Tuggeranong and the rest of Canberra.
