BarCamp comes to Canberra

klepas 8 April 2008 3

Canberra is throwing its first BarCamp, locally at the Australian National University this month on Saturday the 19th. BarCamp is an international network of user generated conferences — open, participatory workshop-events, whose content is provided by participants — often focusing on early-stage web applications and related open source technologies, social protocols, and open data formats.

To learn more about a fun-filled day of web geekery, awesome prizes and a delicious group dinner, see the the Canberra page.
