The Brumbies have announced that they’re joining up with the Capitals over a big weekend of sport coming up later in the month.

The Canberra TransACT Capitals will vie for a competition record-equaling sixth WNBL title and will take on the winner of this Friday’s match between Bulleen and Townsville. Tip off for next week’s grand final is 5.30pm. Meanwhile, the CA Brumbies will hold their marquee regular season fixture against arch rivals, the NSW Waratahs, on the same evening with kick-off scheduled for 7.40pm.

The two organisations have combined to provide special discounted ‘combo’ offers for the general public wishing to catch both blockbuster matches.

The first 500 Brumbies Members to purchase tickets to the WNBL decider will also receive a considerable discount, with 15% take off the price off ‘Adult’ and ‘Family’ tickets, while ‘Child’ tickets will be reduced by 20%.

Sounds like a very long afternoon of drinking…
