I have a friend who owns a small retail business but due to family commitments, needs to sell. She is looking at using a broker to manage the sale of the business.
I’ve offered to make some initial enquiries for her on her behalf because she’s quite swamped at the moment with the shop and family, this is where you all come in.
Does anyone have any experience with using a broker to sell/purchase a business? Do you have any suggestions about the process or recommendations of who to use?
