Bundah Blues Band will be hosting our special Youth Jam on Sunday 17 August at the Harmonie German Club in Narrabundah.
The band consists of Year 11 and 12 music students from Narrabundah College.This particular version of the band came together for the first time at the beginning of 2014. They have had a couple of public performances and deliver their music with much skill and enthusiasm. The band line-up is Jennifer Kennedy – vocals and blues harp, Katerina Stavridis – vocals, Ben Foster – trumpet, Pedja Likic – clarinet, Niklas Otting – violin, Daniel Kummer – guitar, Johnathan Teh – guitar, Konrad Schluter – guitar, Zac Dodemaide – bass, Chloe Kim – drums and piano, Isaac Wilson – drums.
The band will be followed by some of the finest blues musicians in Canberra jamming together for a great afternoon’s entertainment.
We encourage any young budding blues musicians out there to bring your instruments/voices along & join in the jam.
The Canberra Blues Society (Inc) is a ‘not-for-profit’ collective of like-minded individuals who are passionate about the art of traditional and contemporary blues music.
