A director of a Canberra-based company is being prosecuted by the US for allegedly selling military secrets to a number of countries including China, Israel, Germany and Switzerland (via PerthNow).

The American government has made a formal request to Australia for information relating to Noshir Gowadia’s activities here up to 2003.

Mr Gowadia isa co-director of NTech Australia, a company which was contracted to develop stealth technology for the Australian Defence forces. The other company director is retired Australian navy officer Arthur Lazarou. He is also a current supervisor in the Defence Materiel Organisation.

Mr Gowadia apparently lives in Hawaii much of the time, but has companies and bank accounts in such varied countries as Switzerland, Lichtenstein and here.

I can’t find out much about NTech Australia, apart from the fact that it is still registered as a company and has a listed street address in Amaroo.

For those interested in the intricate details of this case, I did find a site with all kinds of information about Mr Gowadia and his movements. Interestingly, they say NTech was a Hawaiian company — I’ll leave it to you to judge the rest of the information supplied.

i’ve been watching this site for a few months, and i haven’t seen such a spanner in the works such as wagga wagga. such a way of pissing off the world! the personal insults are below par though…save that shit for the chatroom universe.
as for the topic, some dodgy stuff has to be going down…

I thought it was a thorough intellectual bollocksing myself.

How so? By refuting your arguement?

Bonfire’s hit the kero a bit too much

“There are more jobs for spooks running hotels politicians and airlines in East Timor”

This doesnt even make sense.

Unless you are a three year old.

I often listen intently to my friends three year old daughter – she talks just like this except its usually something to do with parks or dancing or the wiggles.

so applying the same analysis skills to your posts, that i do t a three year old child, im thinking you are implying that:

a: pratt is an ex-intelligence agent
b: ex-intelligence agents run airlines
c: ex-intelligence agents run politicians
d: ex-intelligence agets run east timor

I see you have chosen the ‘moral agency’ argument, one favoured by the left, and other assorted loony softheads.

It means that because i once worked for cole, all my cirrent actions and allegiances are secretly aimed at furthering coles myer.

a foolish argument because its weak and unsupportable, but dont let facts and evidence stand in the way of your case.

lets examine these claims:

a: never proven, only suspected.
b: no proof
c: no proof
d: no proof. its more likely politicians would be run by current agents than ex-agents.

next!

Oh boy – I’m agreeing with bonfire again…

ww – Okay – we get it. You don’t like the Libs. However, with the number of lame cheap shots you’ve taken you’re beginning to sound like you were abused by a Liberal staffer as a kiddy. That or a broken record.

Thompson Dialogue Media Portal indicates that The indictment alleges that

“on six occasions between 2003 and 2005, Mr Gowadia travelled to China “for the specific purpose of assisting the PRC in designing, testing and analysing a low observable exhaust nozzle … for a PRC cruise missile”

There are more jobs for spooks running hotels politicians and airlines in East Timor

ww do you actually have anything sensible to contribute or are you just a mouth running softhead with a chip on her shoulder ?

Suppose he is one of Steve Pratt’s drinking mates at the Wig and Pen and Canberra Club.

He can always get a job at CARE Australia.
