Just got word of the final Canberra Poetry Slam event for 2013.
Amelia Walker and Hayley shone are headlining and you should probably just mark this off in your Calendar right now.

Friday the 29th of November will be the last Canberra Poetry Slam of the Year. Come join us, and our feature acts Amelia Walker and Hayley Shone to finish the year on a massive high!
We will commence with the Open Mike session, where you can come and recite any piece you want, however long or short, followed by the Poetry Slam.
The rules of the slam are simple:
1. Perform an original Poem
2. Without any props or accompaniments
3. Within 3 minutes.What: Canberra Poetry Slam in November
When: Friday, the 29th of November at 8pm
Where: The Front Gallery and Cafe, Wattle Place, Lyneham
