After an explosive and tense season opener that came down to one final jam and two points, Canberra Roller Derby League’s 2013 season has the makings to be the most exciting yet. This upcoming bout promises all that excitement and more. Veteran spectators will recognise the two teams playing, as they are CRDL’s two original teams the Surly Griffins and the Black ‘n’ Blue Belles.
After last year’s grand finals, the Griffs left with the Wooden Spoon and the Belles came away with the trophy. What will the Griffs do to really show they mean business? How will the Belles defend their champion position? Each team has a formidable line-up. We’ll see you on the track on May 4!
