Wednesday’s North Canberra Community Council meeting will feature a Capital Metro presentation on light rail, a COTA presentation on elderly persons accommodation and a discussion of the Mr Fluffy buyback scheme. It will also consider ACT electoral boundaries, the proposal to re-zone the area to the east of the Dickson swimming pool, and the proposed bus layover at the corner of Barry Drive and Watson St in Turner.
Members and other North Canberra residents are invited to attend the meeting.
