Wait, what? How on earth does looking at my phone affect anyone but me? It’s on silent, screen is dimmed. It is literally impossible to annoy anyone unless they are some old fogey fool that thinks I’m being disrespectful.

And yeah yeah dungfungus, no need to try be a INTERWEBS TOUGH GUY, we all know you wouldn’t do anything if I was sitting next to you and used my phone.

Someone mentioned “flatulence” on another post. This would be a better way to neutralise someone like you so I promise not to hit you if you sit next to me and you start playing with it. I promise you a painless departure by methane instead. You would learn what “respect” meant too.

.

But, respect needs to be earned. Did I get that right?

I don’t think anyone else’s just looking at their phone is worth getting offended about. Maybe they need to provide life-saving information at all hours. Maybe they work as online sexy chat providers and take the work when they can get it. If you want to be around other people you need to accept their eating/drinking sounds, the glow from their phones, risk of flatulence and other basic normal human stuff. If they leave their phone set to super loud or talk into it during the film, then they are being obnoxious.

I will and do use my iPhone whenever I want in any situation. If this bothers you, then you need to go live on a deserted island where tech does not exist.

What sort of busy body moron gets offended by somebody looking at a phone? Mind your own business.

Pendejo. Los gentes similares que tu son la problema de este país.

Agree. He is on this blog at least.

does julian assange have any walk-on roles?

Julian “Me” Assange would only accept a starring role, not some cameo appearance!
