You’ll kick-off in this experiential workshop with the basics of ‘Fungal Wizardry 101’ where you’ll learn how to prepare 5 different urbanly available food sources for your mushrooms. This will give you the skills to make a total of 40 fruiting kits from the 2 kg bag of grain spawn that is included in your ticket price. A single oyster mushroom fruiting kit ranges from $20 to $30 retail and they make great presents.
Once you have grown your mushrooms, learn how to use the waste stems from your grows to continue the culture expanding in our on-demand ‘Mushroom Magic’ video course. Turn 25gms of inedible oyster stems into another 10kgs of oyster mushrooms!
To take your growing to the next level, take on our ‘Fungal Wizardry 2.0: Generations’, where you will expand on your knowledge from Wizardry 101 to get even more mushrooms. You will be able to turn a 2kg bag of spawn into 400kgs of mushrooms with these expansion techniques!
Finally, you will also learn the art of outdoor wizardry to grow mushrooms on logs and create outdoor mushroom beds with unlimited access to our ‘Outdoor Fungal Wizardry’ course.
At the hands-on live workshop you will receive live presentations, cultivation methods, hands on sessions, a 2 kg bag of grain spawn, a take-home oyster fruiting bag and a low tech G3 spawn expansions, 2 kilograms of oyster mushroom grain spawn, unlimited access to on-demand recordings of the Mushroom Magic, Outdoor Fungal Wizardy, Fungal Wizardry 191 and Fungal Wizardy 2.0 courses.
