Formidable Vegetable Sound System are a quirky band from WA, embarking on a national tour which lands them in Canberra on Saturday night. They have gained acclaim from local and international media for their unique way of bringing attention to permaculture through a new form of musical activism that has resulted in packed dance floors across the country. This tour celebrates their new album Grow Do It. Attendees can expect hyperactive trombones, trumpets and violins, songs about dirt, eating weeds, recycling and a lot of dancing. All ages welcome.
