City Walk between the merry-go-round and the fountain in the centre of Civic will be filled with arts and crafts thanks to the Queanbeyan Art Society.

The Society is holding its 11th annual Art Show & Market from Saturday (22 September) to the last day of the month (30 September) with art by local artists on display and for sale in the large marquee and 19 surrounding stalls.

Come along between 8:30 am – 4 pm where you can buy many wonderful products from Canberra and the surrounding region.

The society’s spokesperson Rosanna Burston said the markets are the perfect way to enjoy the spring weather.

“Local makers and performers will be on show and there will even be face-painting on the weekends for kids all in the heart of the City during this glorious spring Floriade season,” Ms Burston said.

Feast your eyes on unique gifts, artwork, jewellery, woodwork, crafts and much more!
