- Kate Day is co-owner of In Two Minds Wines. She honed her skills in Australia and overseas before establishing In Two Minds Wines with friend and fellow winemaker, Nina Day. Together they produce exciting and bold small-batch wines.
Claudia Roughley is the CEO of award-winning Underground Spirits. With a background in event and venue management and a love of gin, she has helped create a successful craft distillery that is proudly local.
Tracy Margrain is co-founder of BentSpoke Brewing Co. A self-described jill-of-all-trades, she is involved in all aspects of the business, including brewing, cider-making, cooking and maintenance.
Genevieve Jacobs AM is a journalist whose career spans 30 years, including a decade with ABC Radio Canberra. A passionate storyteller, she has an ongoing interest in community engagement.
