The brilliant Sunset Cinema is returning to the Eucalypt Lawn at the Australian National Botanic Gardens on 10 December, screening old favourites and new releases, with eats and drinks in a great family environment.
Enjoy an evening on the lawn with snacks including freshly popped popcorn, chocolates and lollies. Or, indulge in dinner under the stars from the onsite food truck, where you can order through the QR code. Plus, no need to stand around in a queue whilst you wait for your food. Simply sit back down, enjoy the show and you’ll receive a text when your meal is ready.
Alternatively, if you’re keen to relax just like the good old days, you can pack your own picnic. Pair your meal with a crisply cold beverage from the onsite range. This includes Manly Spirits, BentSpoke, Molly’s Cradle and soft drinks. Sunset Cinema is fully licensed, but no BYO alcohol is permitted.
Gates open at 6:30 pm and the film starts at last light, you can check out when the sun sets HERE. As it is an outdoor cinema we need it to be dark for the film to be visible on the screen. Once you arrive, a designated hygiene marshal will designate you a position. This process may take longer than usual and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
