Discover the finest work of the ACT Woodcraft Guild, meet the members, and see them in action in a variety of woodworking demonstrations, at the annual ACT Woodcraft Guild members’ exhibition and sales event. The Guild is an organisation of people based in the ACT and surrounding region who love wood and love to make things with it.

Free demonstrations throughout the exhibition including, turning ‘green’ bowls, spoon and stool carving, wood carving, pyrography (the art of burning designs into wood), scroll saws, and musical instrument making.

There will be a large range of hand-crafted items for sale, including turned pens, furniture, chopping boards, bowls, toys, boxes, and much more.

For the kids, there is a ‘construct a toy’ workshop area at the exhibition, where they can assemble one of the several different toy kits on offer with one of the Guild members, no prior booking required. $15 per toy kit.
