Come in to the cellar door at Mount Majura Vineyard to taste a flight of wines matched with truffled brie. Combining deliciously rich triple cream brie-style cheese with truffles from our neighbour Jayson at The Truffle Farm.
Every week, fresh truffles are layered into the brie giving them time to infuse into the cheese, ready for serving on the weekend. This will be accompanied with three 80ml glasses matched to the truffled brie including a wine from the cellar.
$10 from each tasting will go to Raw Potential Canberra, originally known as Youthcare Canberra. Raw Potential aims to empower disadvantaged youth by providing non-judgemental support and opportunities for a bright future.
This event will be held from early June to late August.
