There’s an armful of framed prints in the skip at the base of what used to be the MLC building. Looks like the guys who tossed them in made sure the glass was cracked on each one, but the frames and prints themselves are in good condition. They’re of native birds and landscapes mostly with some abstracts. One of the workers invited me to help myself to them, and the security guard didn’t look twice at me ferreting around in the skip.
I didn’t have the time or newspaper to wrap them in, but I’d hate for them to be just thrown out, perhaps someone out there can salvage them?
