Professor Kathy Griffiths is the Director of the Centre for Mental Health Research at the Australian National University, heads the ehub: emental health research and development, and Consumer Research Units, and is an NHMRC Senior Research Fellow. Griffiths has authored a large number of academic articles, books, reports, chapters and mental health websites, and since 2002 she has been the recipient of 12 awards for research, health services, outreach or internet innovation.
The seminar will have a practical focus, providing advice you can use in your own life and methods that the speaker has found effective for their clientele. The seminar is free of charge and open to the public.
