UPDATED: Mother and children missing from Goulburn have been found

UPDATED, Tuesday, 1 October: A woman and her four children who went missing from Goulburn have all been found and accounted for.

NSW Police said 35-year-old Rochelle Watts was last seen in Goulburn on Friday (27 September 2024) before she, her children and the family dog went missing.

“Following extensive inquiries, she was located safe yesterday (Monday 30 September 2024),” a police spokesperson said.

“Police would like to thank the media and the community for their assistance.”

Police confirmed her children have also been found as well.

MONDAY, 30 September: Police are searching for a woman who has gone missing with her four children, including a two-week-old baby, as well as the family dog.

NSW Police are calling for help to find 35-year-old Rochelle Watts, who was last seen in Goulburn at about 2:30 pm on Friday (27 September), as well as her family.

When concerns were raised for her welfare, police were notified and began inquiries into her whereabouts.

A police spokesperson said Ms Watts is believed to be with her four children, being a two-week old baby girl, an eight-year-old girl, as well as two boys aged 10 and 15.

Police also believe the family’s German shepherd, Elsa, is with them.

The police spokesperson described Ms Watts as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165 cm tall, with a large build, red/ginger hair and hazel eyes.

She is known to frequent the Goulburn and Tirrannaville areas, while police are also following up on a report that she may be in the Murgon area of Queensland.
