The Insatiable Banalities Podcast Number 65 is now online.

Insatiable Banalities returns with a fascinating chat with Harii Bandhu (and his songs of course). Many of you will know Harii as the hairless crooner who used to frequently perform in the likes of Hippo and Trinity.

Track list:

What Will Be. 7:36
Stay. 19:17
Soul of my Sound. 38:04
Paper Cranes. 54:38

The feed, for podcatching software, is here. iTunes users can just search the iTunes Music Store for “canberra” (and look through the sparse pickings for “Insatiable Banalities”), or, if the mood takes you “insatiable”.

For those too lazy to send us a postcard there’s always email: podcast@the-riotact.com

The file is hosted by Nerdvana, so it goes like a greased weasel.

Will definately give this podcast a listen!

A few years back we went on a holiday to the Sunshine Coast in Qld, and on a gorgeous Sunday morning went to the famous Eumundi markets.

There was the bloke playing and singing some songs. Absolutely awesome, we were transfixed. It was Harii. Needless to say, we bought his 2 CD’s on sale at the time.

Then when I was reading the liner notes, he could almost be considered a Canberran! Can’t remember the specifics of the wording, but he’s no stranger to here!

Small world! 🙂
