A display suite for the new Avani development in Greenway will open this weekend between 10 am and 11:30 am on site.
Rather than a typical display which generally features images of the final product, attendees will have the opportunity to experience inclusions first hand with:
- a working bathroom;
- proper kitchen; and
- home automation system
The Avani development is set to break ground later this year on Rownland Rees Crescent in Greenway.
The design comprises a gated community of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom townhouses with a solar-heated swimming pool, gym, two BBQ areas, children’s playground, eco garden and pool house for residents and their guests.
Each individual townhouse includes:

- ducted heating and cooling

- views of the Brindabellas, surrounding bushland or internal gardens
