A display suite for the new Avani development in Greenway will open this weekend between 10 am and 11:30 am on site.
Rather than a typical display which generally features images of the final product, attendees will have the opportunity to experience inclusions first hand with:
- a working bathroom;
- proper kitchen; and
- home automation system
The Avani development is set to break ground later this year on Rownland Rees Crescent in Greenway.
The design comprises a gated community of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom townhouses with a solar-heated swimming pool, gym, two BBQ areas, children’s playground, eco garden and pool house for residents and their guests.
Each individual townhouse includes:
- double glazing
- average energy rating of 7.5 stars
- ducted heating and cooling
- 3PUSH home automation
- gas cooking
- Ariston appliances
- generous courtyards
- views of the Brindabellas, surrounding bushland or internal gardens
Gary Kelly, Director of 3 Property Group says, “It was a unique block, which provided an incredible opportunity to create a unique product. We’ve taken everything we know and everything we’ve learned over the last few years and put it all into the Avani design architecture and finish.”
“The design has created a suburb within a suburb,” says Sam Dodimead from Peter Blackshaw Real Estate in Tuggeranong. “The low density plan allows for more open space and separation between buildings. The terraces are priced from $429,000-$1,200,000+ and demand has been strong which may allow for construction to commence sooner than expected.”
This weekend there will be a BBQ on site, with representatives from Harvey Norman, Ariston, 3PUSH home automation, PV Solar and Lifestyle Homes to answer any technical questions.
Turn up to take a look for yourself this Saturday (June 17) between 10 am and 11:30 am at the end of Rowland Rees Crescent in Greenway. Or, tune into our Facebook Live Video broadcast walkthrough of Avani at 4:45 pm this afternoon.
