The RiotACT will bring you our second live auction on Facebook at 6 pm tonight as five properties in Canberra’s North go under the hammer.

Enjoy the buzz of the live action at an in-room series of auctions by Ray White Belconnen tonight from the comfort of your own home as we film the proceedings live.

The RiotACT’s Business Manager Josh Mulrine will give you the inside running on proceedings as the auction gets under way and five properties from Nicholls, McKellar, Melba, Aranda and Cook are sold by auctioneer Scott Jackson.

The auctions will be held at Belconnen Arts Centre at 118 Emu Bank, Belconnen, at 6 pm tonight, with registrations at 5.30 pm.

The five properties to be auctioned, in order, are:

24 Arthaldo Court, Nicholls

Pictured above, this beautifully presented 4-bedroom home occupies an elevated position on the high side of the cul-de-sac. Downstairs presents a rumpus room with ensuite while upstairs features two large open living areas. The formal lounge room and dining area and the meals and family room are attached to the kitchen leading out to the new pergola. The spacious master bedroom with double ensuite and under floor heating offers a quiet retreat while all other bedrooms have built-in robes.

6 Wallen Place, McKellar

This welcoming 4 bedroom ensuite home is perfect for families who value space or for investors looking to expand their property portfolio. A flexible floor plan consists of separate family and formal dining room, a well-designed kitchen, a large main bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe, and built-in robes to all other bedrooms. Other highlights include ducted gas heating, double auto garage and spacious grounds for the kids and pets.

90 Alfred Hill Drive, Melba

Set on a generous 870m2 block, this home is picture perfect and lovingly maintained. Internally it offers 4 bedrooms and a light filled living and dining space with an updated kitchen overlooking the backyard and rear deck. Outside the home offers double gate rear access via a second driveway, a large single carport, 2 garden sheds and a fully enclosed backyard perfect for kids to play and pets to roam.

34 Nungara Place, Aranda

The word opportunity best describes what confronts you at 34 Nungara Place, Aranda. This much loved 4 bedroom home suffered extreme misfortune in the January 2017 storms, when two large trees came crashing down through the front living rooms, destroying approximately one-third of the roof. The home presents the option to either replace the damaged sections or knock down and rebuild to an exacting standard The North-East orientation is perfect to accommodate your dream home.

22 Skinner Street, Cook

Roll up your sleeves, bring your tools and your imagination because here is your chance to secure your next profitable project. There is no doubt that this home has seen better days and is now in desperate need of repairs and refurbishment, but for the right buyer, the property provides the perfect blank canvas. The size will surprise as two previous extensions resulted in a 4 bedroom + study, 2 bathroom design that offers 163sqm of living area with plenty of options to remove walls and re-design the floorplan.
