A Deakin man alleged to have falsely represented to a home owner that Mr Fluffy asbestos had been found in their residence was due to appear in court this morning, but the matter was adjourned for three weeks in his absence.
Garry John Miller, 54, had been summonsed to appear before court on charges of producing a false/misleading document. He did not appear during a brief mention of the matter, which will next be in court in June.
Police allege Miller produced a document that falsely represented to the home owner that Mr Fluffy asbestos had been located in their home.
